Line-Up Set for Saturday's Prestigious CAT 250 at Scotia Speedworld
(Halifax, NS, August 7, 2009) Twenty-five of the best stock car drivers are set to take the green flag at 7pm on Saturday, August 8th in Scotia Speedworld's most prestigious event - the Atlantic CAT 250. Friday night both the CARQUEST Pro Stock Tour and the C&R Auto Supply Sportsman Division took to the track to qualify for the Main Features to be held on Saturday.
Saturday kicks off with an on track autograph session with the qualified drivers for the CAT 250. The autograph session will take place from approximately 3:50 - 4:30pm. Following the autograph session the C&R Auto Supply Sportsman take to the track for their 100 lap event. Immediately following the C&R Auto Supply Sportsman race is the main event . . . the Atlantic CAT 250, featuring 25 of the best stock car drivers. Gates open at 2:00pm on Saturday afternoon. Racing is slated to get underway at 5:00pm with the Atlantic CAT 250 to start at 7pm.

Admission for Saturday's Atlantic CAT 250 is $35.00 for adults; $5.00 for youth; pit admission is $40.00. Children 7 and under are admitted for free. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pits are restricted to those 16 and older.
