MEMORIAL INFORMATION FOR MIKE STEVENS

Visitation for Mike is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday Evening at the Salisbury Funeral Home from 7:00-9:00pm. The Salisbury Funeral Home is located at 3350 Route 106, Salisbury West, NB.

Friday afternoon at 2:00pm a memorial and celebration of Mike’s life will be held at Petty International Raceway in River Glade, NB. Any and all racers are encouraged to attend and bring their cars to help celebrate Mike’s life.

The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers that a donation can be made to the trust fund that is being created for Mike's two little boys. The family is currently working on setting up the trust fund and details will be provided as soon as possible.

(Oyster Bed Bridge, PE, August 4, 2013) Maritime Pro Stock Tour (PST) racer Mike Stevens from Riverview, New Brunswick has died after a multi-car crash in a series race at Oyster Bed Speedway. The crash happened on lap 98 of the 100-lap feature.

Stevens is a multi-time race winner with three trips to victory lane in the past three seasons, along with 23 top 10s over his eight years on the PST circuit. He was 30 years old and is survived by his wife Sharon and two small children.
