PARTS FOR TRUCKS PRO STOCK TOUR TO HOST VIRTUAL SEASON OPENER

(Halifax, NS – May 13, 2020) The Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour is excited to announce the Series will host its first ever virtual race. The Lucas Oil 200 iRacing event will take place on Saturday, May 16th at 7:30pm. The simulation style race will air live on the Tour’s official Facebook page www.facebook.com/prostocktour. The exhibition esport event will feature a cross-section of drivers who have competed on the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour over the past five seasons.

The Lucas Oil 200 will run on the virtual Southern National Motorsports Park. Ten lap heat races will determine the qualifying order and caution laps will be counted during the feature. Dylan Langille and Mike James will call all of the action and great news - the forecast is sunny with just a chance of clouds. :-)

We encourage everyone to follow all pandemic directives so we can gather in person again at the race track soon. In the meantime we hope the virtual Lucas Oil 200 gives fans a taste of the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour and some much needed racing entertainment.
