2023 SEASON RULES UPDATE

To all MPST teams for the 2023 race season

Subsequent to our November 20, 2022 drivers meeting, the following rule changes will be in place for the 2023 season

• Tires – All 150 lap events will be four tire races.

• Shocks – All events will allow for the use of built shocks in addition to MPST currently approved sealed shocks. There will be a 50 lb weight bias in favor of the sealed shocks.

** This shock change will be subject to review and possible change should it be deemed necessary to ensure fair and equitable competition. **

• Bodies – All body measurements are to meet the A-B-C Body Rule Book.

• Engines – MPST will have an independent review conducted on the status of our current engine program. The purpose is the ensure, where practical, the inclusion of the various engine configurations currently within our geographic population. We hope to have this accomplished by end of January.

These rules, along with updated race procedures, will be posted on the Maritimes Pro Stock Tour website in the weeks to come.

The 2023 MPST schedule remains a work in process and we hope to have something to you shortly.
