Defending Summer Clash 250 winner, Ashton Tucker (Miramichi, NB), led 145 laps throughout the race, but had to settle for second. Nicholas Naugle (Dartmouth, NS) was a front runner from the drop of the green flag but Blenkhorn’s late lap pass left him in third. Russell Smith Jr (Lakeside, NS) had another solid finish coming home fourth. Current series point leader Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) took the Pole Challenge and started scratch on the field but rallied to finish fifth.

Cory Hall (Jolicure, NB) sat on the pole for Summer Clash 250 after setting a blistering speed of 14.131 in the Top Construction Time Trials. Ashton Tucker (Miramichi, NB) was also on the front row after turning the second fastest lap.  The remaining teams competed in Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races.
